CAM OPEN STUDIO's DAY @ South Broadway Art Project
www.southbroadwayartproject.org
ARTISTS at SBAP
SBAP is participating in the CAM Open Studios Day! Come out and visit us as we will have 3 artists working in their studios.  We will also have snacks and drinks for guests.
Tim Bliss will be in the back yard studio welding and assembling...Tim experiments with abstract form, dreaming up shapes to cut and weld together in interesting patterns and assemblage. He plays with pieces of steel and found objects that he finds on trips to the metal yard, abandoned buildings, as well as drift wood and trees. Tim brings his artistic vision to the collaborative efforts at South Broadway Art Project as the facilities manager, and co-founder at SBAP.

Sarah Rye Bliss is a ceramic and textile artist as well as having a background in fashion design. Come see her uniquely organic sculptural forms and vessels made from clay, as well as her "Pregnant Belly Art". Sarah is also the Executive Director and Co-Founder at South Broadway Art Project.

Eyan Mullett is a resident artist and instructor at SBAP. Eyan has his BFA in sculpture from South East Missouri State University.  Eyan is the pottery and sculpture instructor at SBAP. Eyan will be working on clay and metal sculpture throughout the day in the Pottery Studio and in the Yard.

There are also two other studio locations on our street to go visit... Bob & Betty Moore at 3832 South Broadway, and Robert Dielmann at the historic "Pink Lady Victorian" at 3841 South Broadway.
PUBLIC ART
SBAP has started a Public Art Program that will make it's debut in the neighborhood of Marine Villa. We are kicking off the start of this exciting program with the installation of 5 sculptures along South Broadway between Lemp & Gasconade.  You may even get a sneak peek at CAM Open Studio's day on Saturday!
