CLICK HERE to DONATE ABOUT SOUTH BROADWAY ART PROJECT SBAP was established in 2006, and has been open to the public since 2009. South Broadway Art Project is a 501c3 non-profit, visual art studio and organization. We have a mission to teach young people and adults how to enhance their own lives and their community through art. We do this by offering accessible, free and unique programs such as: pottery classes, fashion design, private workshops for kids and adults as well as commuity involved public art projects. By doing this we believe we can change lives and our community through art! OUR MISSION South Broadway Art Project has a mission to broaden the horizons of our community by providing a source of inspiration and creative outlet for children, residents, businesses, and visitors. We strive to build community through art by encouraging interaction among educators, artists, social service groups, businesses, and neighbors. South Broadway Art Project focuses on how art can make a difference in peoples lives especially young people. South Broadway Art Project uses the arts and professional artists to broaden the worlds of young people, build their self esteem, ignite creativity, develop life skills, reinforce academics, as well as offering alternatives to inactivity. We branch out into the community through open studio events, school partnerships, and art after school programs.
