The Holiday Shoppe @ SBAP features handmade ornaments, pottery, sculpture, art, textiles and more.  We are also very excited to announce that our Holday Shoppe is the kickstart to our Gallery and Shoppe being open year-round.  All proceeds from items sold benefit our affordable and free programming at SBAP.   Share Tweet Forward Calling ALL students from last Spring and Summer of 2014: PLEASE COME PICK UP YOUR POTTERY!  We love all of your beautiful works but are running out of storage space.  As much as we hate to throw art work away, after December 20th we will either pitch unclaimed pottery or sell it in our gallery.  If you come get your pottery by December 20th we will give you a $10 coupon towards a current open studio pass. OPEN STUDIO for Ceramics & Fashion Design is accepting new students on a daily basis.  Register online or in person.   REMEMBER: Open Studio is a "real" class, with an instructor who guides you through the whole process. Open Studio is for beginners and advanced students.  Open Studio is 3 days a week Thursday's & Friday's 12-7, and SATURDAYS 10-4. Open Studios are open this week Friday 12-7 & Saturday 10-4.  Drop your kiddos off and do your shopping or stay and create!  Make your own gifts in the Ceramics Studio, but all items should be finished by 12/6 to allow time for firing & glazing. GIVE the Gift of a creative experience.  Check out SBAP Gift Certificates for something totally unique. HOST your next private event or party at SBAP. Private workshops are for Pottery, Painting & Drawing, or Fashion & Textiles. Holidays, Birthdays, Girls Night Out, Showers, Anniversaries, endless possibilities.... OPEN Studio Workshops are in full swing!  SBAP Open Studio Workshop is a place where students can come express themselves through different mediums such as Drawing, Ceramics, and Fashion Design. Register Online, or at the studio. Meet Maya, our newest Resident Teaching Artist in the Fashion Design Studio. Maya is a South City resident and mom. She has her own clothing line as well as working as an upholsterer. Maya is so excited to be giving back to the art community here at SBAP, and we are so happy to have Maya on our staff!
